Debris Collections
In Moscow, an experiment with a separate collection of seconds started again in 2013. Five major landfill companies that divided nine capital districts have made public contracts with the mayor for 15 years, with a total of about 140 billion roubles. In the documents, it was required to install in the yards the collection points of the interior, the macculature, glass packagings, PETF-tars and aluminium packagings, one for 12,500. By the end of 2016, however, the population should reach 100 per cent.
In fact, the collection of almost all the volumes of the inhaler originates in Moscow, not through containers, but at waste disposal stations. The lack of separate waste collection tanks in the yards was reported by environmentalists from the Greenpeace of Russia. They have studied the " martyr " state contracts. " The documents were vague: to establish fixed collection points and/or mobile points.
It turns out that companies decided to limit themselves to mobile points in the form of " Gazelle " , which travelled to the yards twice a month for one or two hours at a time uncomfortable for working people. "
So far, Tatiana Mankova, a resident of the 11th Street of Ostrovitanova in the UZAO, was the only one who could get the tanks for the infirmary. This is Tatiana's story, how she managed to get tanks to separate the garbage collection.
" I'll try to shorten my way from the idea to the outcome. For several years, I have shared the waste of the house and I've been giving it back, and I've been attracting my friends and neighbours. In my entrance on the first floor, there are boxes (purple, beautiful and tactic - that's very important, by the way!) for tetrapac and batteries and fluorescent lights. But it took a long way to get away. Buy separate containers in my courtyard, I was prepared for myself, a sense of humiliation to the state of our moss has long lived in me.
And then I ran into Greenpeace, and I went to a meeting on a separate fee, found out about Moscow contracts. Then participated in the collection of signatures in the area for the collection of waste. About 100 signatures were sent by the Greenpeace Clerk in our area to the prefecture, the Office of the High Commissioner, the ICM, the Department of HH and the Upgrading Department.
