Spence Trans accounts for 45 per cent of the Pheterburg TBT market, which is 5 billion roubles a year. Companies are owned by 400 trucks, an automated waste sorting facility, a New Light polygon and a special equipment production plant.

Each new technology park will consist of polygon and Processing factory TBO. The project will be implemented under the concession scheme.

According to Yazeva, the company agreed to finance with Sberbank and with regional authorities (including cities outside the North-West Russian Federation) to house techno parks. Yazev refused to report that it was for the regions and whether there would be a techno park in Petersburg and Len regions. Concession contracts with the regions had not yet been signed, he explained.

In Sberbank, it was reported that a strategic cooperation agreement had been signed with Specktrans.

In the administrations of Petersburg, Len provinces, Pscova and the Great Novgorod, they said they didn't know about the Spice Trans project.

In Petersburg and Len regions there are built in the USSR and belonging to the Smol IBO-1 (Wolhon Highway) and IPBO-2 (Janino). They process 10 per cent of the two TBT regions. The rest are stored in polygons. All these enterprises have exhausted their power or are close to it. The urban and area debris problem is therefore extremely acute.

Spence Trans has already announced plans for the construction of waste processing plants (IDPs) in 2012. The company was planning to build four factories on a loan of 2 billion roubles to Nasheconombank. Their total capacity was 1 million TBT per year. But the project was not implemented. There's no reason for the company.
