The existing methodology for recycling batteries in scrap metal is a process of fragmentation at 2 stages. The design details are split into the same small grains and then they are further processed in scrap metal.

In order to extract lead from battery recycling, it is necessary to mechanically rupture the shell and to separate the mass that has been emitted by removing all lead plates. They are then placed on scrap metallurgical plants.

Automated grading lines may be used, for example, as in Germany, when scattered porcine plates and sludge sludges are laden to consumers separately.

Other technology is possible, of course, using the air separation of such a salmon, but it is much more expensive because of the wild diversity of work and processes.

The most convenient and fast-track process is the treatment of batteries (accumulative metal scrap) by pyrometallurgical means, the mining method.

Exemption of acid from exhaust batteries is being discharged and implemented by enterprises. And the melting itself is made on the slag in special furnaces. This means to save up to 50 per cent of the coke from the filling of the battery, and most importantly, to obtain cleaner processing with minimal releases to the environment and to achieve minor lead losses (not more than 1 per cent).

Use battery recycling and recycling in scrap metal is the most appropriate way. Because on the one hand, it's the purchase of scrap metal in the form of exhaust batteries, and on the other, it's safe and environmentally sound disposal of hazardous substances.
