63 protocols. Shoes are reminded of debris fines
Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs The sign on its website recalls that private sector residents are facing debris fines.
It is reported that owners of homes and legal persons should have a contract for the disposal of waste production and consumption concluded with a specialized organization or documents confirming the removal of waste.
If such documents are not available, administrative liability is provided for citizens from warning to 40,000 roubles, an official up to 8,000 roubles, and a legal person between 5 and 20,000 roubles.
As at 20 November, the administrative and technical inspection of FGM was reported to have produced 63 protocols for the prosecution of such offenders.
