Since 1975, in the north of Moscow, Dr. 33a, Altoufyev Highway, a garbage incineration plant (MUZ) " Spectacle No. 2 " of the Ekotehwaprom GUP. The launch was launched in 1975 and became the first such enterprise in the USSR territory. Its reconstruction began after 1995. The post-renovation IAPSO has started to accept 3-4 times more TBT for combustion.

The enterprise ' s work produces constant protests from local residents who feel discomfort and a sense of danger from such a neighbourhood. It is sufficient to read the recent practical daily (!) feedbacks from the relevant group of the BContact for November-December 2014:

Dozens of such reports of a strong odour of gary, and yet unknown, are published almost daily by residents of surrounding areas. There's also a lot of writing about a large amount of dust and sludge with a typical metal blade screaming on the windows.

And this air, local people, including children, old people and pregnant women, are breathing almost 24 hours a day. What's the health of a nation?

The health effects of the enterprise ' s emissions do not oblige itself to wait and be reflected even in the local official press. The paper reads as follows: " There has been an increase from 32 to 46 cases of cancer among children aged 15 to 17, 41 children have been disabled as a result of this. " The number of cancers in children has increased by more than 30 per cent!
