Dumping Into Fuel

Петербургская технология:

In Armenia, biofuels from conventional tyres have become pyrolysis. This is the most economical and environmentally sound method of recycling today, as it not only addresses the issue of recycling, but also allows fuel to be extracted from garbage. In the year of operation, the start-upers produced about 60 to 70 tons of fuel.

Over the year, about 18,000 tons of car rubber become unnecessary in Armenia. Having learned these figures, two business friends decided to open a new production for the country. They invented the method, purchased equipment in China and started work.

" We collect the tyres ourselves. The special machine is moving all points of volcanization and taking them from there. We pay 10 cents for every cover. Tyres are considered to be waste of a fourth degree of hazard and should be in a designated location. Under the law, they are prohibited from being stored in a dumpster " , said by the co-sponsor of David Caramian.

Out of the old tires, they make oil and even diesel fuel. However, the latter ' s production has not yet been paid. However, mazut uses demand from the owners of canners and paper processing companies. In addition, the by-product - the technical carbon - businessmen are supplied to asphalt plants.

" We cut the rubber, put it in the reactor, shrink it all and get fuel. Our production works 24 hours. We're shifting to avoid a delay, and we're talking to working Guspar Arutyunyan.

This company is the only tyre processing company in the South Caucasus region. All profits from the business are invested by young entrepreneurs. They are now cooperating with all the Erevan service stations. The old tyres throughout Armenia will soon be recycled.
